The Preview for the 46th China Guardian Quarterly Auctions was unveiled at the Beijing International Hotel in Beijing on June 15, 2016.

Following research on the arts market, China Guardian will present more segmented sessions and improve the quality of the lots but reduce their quantity.

A total of more than 2,000 lots will be presented at the 46th China Guardian Quarterly Auctions on June 18 including Chinese painting and calligraphy, porcelain and works of art.

The section on Chinese painting and calligraphy will present more than 1,000 excellent works, which are worthy of your attention.

The special session of Peng Xiancheng’s works was well received by collectors at the 45th China Guardian Quarterly Auctions. This time China Guardian will present Gao Guanhua’s works. Gao is a master of Chinese traditional bird-and-flower painting.

Also, nearly 1,100 lots will be presented during the section on porcelain and works of art. Among them, A Ru ware water-container for inkstone made by the official kiln during the reign of the Qing Dynasty’s Qianlong Emperor is a rare treasure.
